your emotions are running rampant the entirety of your pregnancy. im sure there is nothing wrong with the baby but I was the same when i was pregnant thinking everyone was out to get me. if you are feeling overwhelmed, just take 5 minutes to sit down in the quite, do some breathing exercise and try to calm down. if you cant get away, just close your eyes count to 10 slowly and concentrate on your breathing. also it may pay to see someone and have a chat. it could be something else you are worries about.
