Are there Any websites were a 13 year old could post stuff and sell them with or without a credit card besides eBay or etsy?

Craigslist is an option, but if you are selling items and meeting individuals a parent or adult should be present for your protection. If you are trying to sell a service , like babysitting or pet sitting, or a handmade product, for example, facebook, a church website or even some schools are good venues for listing your services or products. You could always ask your parents to set up an account and help you with your business venture.
