I tend to clench my jaw very hard and for a long time when I'm stressed. (Question below)

Could this be the cause of the lower ear pain that I'm having under both of my ears? Could this do any harm to my body?

Maybe wear, a mouth guard so you don't wear your teeth down. Afterwards get help from a professional with your clenching your teeth habits.
At least you're aware of your habit, many people are not and they develop worst problems then yours.
Try unstressing by going to the gym and taking it out on the weights.
Take long walks to unstress.
Take yoga to unstress.
Use a punching bag and punch and kick it until you are relieved.
Talk to a therapist or psychologist.
Talk to your friends or those that have similar problems, maybe find a forum for teeth grinders.
Try and find another habit to replace teeth grinding.
Use a rubber band on your wrist and snap it every time you find your self grinding your teeth.
Pay a fine into an empty water cooler container bottle, every time you grind your teeth.
Learn assertiveness training to assert yourself so others don't stress you out.
Turn your perspective around so, you don't see a bad situation as a negative, stress inducing one and instead see the situation as a learning experience so you can use it to not make the mistake or to deal with it better the next time it happens.
See a dentist.
Or just simply stop.

My step dad does that with his jaw when he is working on something... Like when he pulls something, but he Has it all his life!:)

dont clench your jaw because it harms your teeth very bad, thats when they start getting loose after a while.

Yes. You are putting strain on the jawbone and nerves. You might be doing this in your sleep too. If you are, you need a night guard so you don't trash your teeth.
