do wide arm benching, less weight, more reps
If you dont feel like going outside running, etc. you should just do pushups and search up a daily sit up routine on youtube. The one i prefer is the one by teaarex
work out your chest. wide grip bench press. the wider the more you work your chest. wide push ups. do core workouts. and push yourself.
