Ignore fad/crash diets. Stick to 1,000-1,200 calories a day. Limit carbs and consume your goal weight in protein. Exercise for at least an hour alternating strength and cardio. Drink plenty of water. And don't have "treats" for being good. Thats a major diet buster. You're not a dog in training, food is not a reward. Eat to live *only*.

Weight watchers works winners and is very much worth it. I lost thirty pounds on weight watchers

I'd say the Paleo Diet... But, remember with most diets you gain the weight back as soon as it's over. It's a bit more full proof to make your overall diet healthier permanently.
