Exercise is easier to do if you're enjoying it. Instead of a walk around the block. Walk around the park and swing on the swing sets that you pass. I love swimming, so I don't even count that as exercise ;)
You could also try giving yourself a reward when you reach certain milestones in your fitness program. Like buying yourself a new outfit or piece of clothing when you've lost a certain number of inches or you can do a certain number of reps.
