Increase your calories intake and consume a lot of protein rich food such as beans, pulses etcetera. Then include dairy products such as eggs, fish as well as meat to your platter. You should have snacking in between meals and if possible, try eating after every 2 or 3 hours.

Eat a healthy and well balanced diet. If you want to gain, you should be taking in more calories than you're burning off. That doesn't mean don't exercise or just eat junk food... it just means that you should eat more HEALTHY calories!
