How do i set the time on 98 chrysler concorde 3.2L tried serveral times not right yet please help

tensioner bearing wore out,broke timeing belt replaced belt and tensioner pully got #1 piston TDC set cam sprockets marks between two dots on houseing when i released tensioner pinthe belt tightened the crank shaft mark was right the right sprocket mark was right but left sprocket was off about half a tooth would not crank reset 3 times need help ?

Cranks but would not start?
Having one cam shaft slightly off, "half a tooth" should not prevent it from starting.
It might run very rough but it would start.
Either there is something very wrong with the timing, or it's an issue with fuel or spark.
One clue... if the starter turns it over real easy and spins the engine fast, then there is NO COMPRESSION for the starter to work against... that would mean you must be way off on the timing.
Get someone to come over and look at it who has done this before.

Usually it means it is broke and needs to be fixed
