How can I theft proof my room?

My cousin has sticky fingers. She's been kicked out of my great-aunt's house, my grandma's house, and even her own home because she steals all the time. Now she's living with me and my grandpa. I've caught her trying to sneak into my room twice and she asks to borrow things that she shouldn't even know I have. For example; she asked to borrow my iPhone charger. I don't have an iPhone or even and iPod. I do have an iPhone charger, but I keep it in one of my drawers. How did she know I had one?
I've found an adapter that I had been missing underneath the couch cushion where she sleeps. I don't like people stealing from me, but my grandpa just turns a blind eye. To make things worse, my door doesn't lock and it can actually be just pushed open. How can I protect my stuff?

Put a lock on your door and use it. A lock is not that expensive and it can save you a lot of grief. If your cousin asks why you put the lock on the door, you can just tell her it's none of her business.

Does the door latch at all? Just change the door knob to a keyed door knob - you could even switch it out with a dead bolt.

Or get one of these:

Installing a lock is the only way. Lock the windows as well. She's got a problem.

Don't get a door knob lock because they're easy to open and are basically suggestion to stay out. Buy a deadbolt! I have no on my door and the only way someone's getting in my room is to busy the door down. Btw make sure your windows are locked as well because if she's determined and can't get in one way she might try going thru a window.

Put something in plain sight that she would want to steal, like money or a broken decoy phone and have like a mini stake out ,hide under your bed ,set up a camera That or just talk to her bout it.
