Practice your strides during line drills, if u know what those are. You gotta go a somewhat short distance back and forth almost like suicides an build up and go faster every day. Also move ur hands all the way from your eye level to hip level. It gives you more momentum

Run up and down steep hills. Run with weights behind you. Run with a parachute behind you.
