Why am I suddenly gaining weight?
I've been exercising 5-6 times a week for 30 minutes to an hour and eating healthy and I drink plenty of water. The past 2 days I've gained 4 pounds.. 4 POUNDS ._. I do plenty of cardio. I've lost 10 lbs the past month and a half and I'm suddenly going back up? What's happening? it makes no sense to me.
