Why am I suddenly gaining weight?

I've been exercising 5-6 times a week for 30 minutes to an hour and eating healthy and I drink plenty of water. The past 2 days I've gained 4 pounds.. 4 POUNDS ._. I do plenty of cardio. I've lost 10 lbs the past month and a half and I'm suddenly going back up? What's happening? it makes no sense to me.

Hey no worries, friend! :) our bodies will fluctuate a few pounds in water weight daily. I'm trying to gain weight and I eat like crazy and lift heavy but some times I lose instead of gaining because of how hydrated I am. just keep on and you'll be fine! :)

You are gaining muscle. Muscle weights more than fat/ or what ever

either your gaining muscle or just some weight 4lbs is nothing I would just ignore the scale.

Try doing different exercises. Your body is building muscle from continually doing the same exercises. Eventually your body will build a tolerance to just doing cardio so you need to switch up your routine to get your body out of doing the same thing all the time

yee I do cardio, arm excercises, weights, jogging, etc. I do a little of everything throughout the week.
