How do I ask my dad for this stuff? I don't want to be greedy.

*PLEASE READ* My parents are divorced. Right now, my mom is currently trying to build a house, and we are a little behind on how much we should already have by now, so I can't ask her for anything. My dad however, doesn't pay all of his child support, and makes a little more money than my mom does. I just feel a little bit greedy, because he payed $200 for my brother & sister's soccer (though my mom payed $800), then bought me a $60 backpack. Here's my dilemma: I REALLY want to make the cheer team (tryouts are in February) for next year, but we basically have to know how to tumble, and to get our left and right hurdler, which I can't do. It cost $150 for 8 weeks (1 hr a week) for tumbling classes, and I'd have to take them up to tryouts (and probably past that too.) And, I still need some clothes, but I planned ahead and already found what I know I'm going to need in November and December, etc. (So I have a list of clothes.)But again, that's more money. Now trust me, I am not a greedy person. But I just moved to a new district, and the style is different. (But I need some new clothes anyway.)
So how do I tell/ask him? (Have more info, but cant't type it- not enough characters.)

You explain, just as you did here, and hope for the best. I bought your pitch. If you get turned down, accept that, nicely. Don't make a big deal.
I understand about the clothes and fitting in, but your dad may be less understanding. Nothing sounds outrageous, in your wants. Good luck.

Thanks :) Luckily, I'm not the type to throw fits if I don't get what I want. That usually just makes it a tiny bit worse anyway

Could you get a babysitting job to help with your expenses, or offer to dog walk or help with yard work in neighborhood. Your parents will be more apt to pay if they know you're trying to contribute.
