What writers have been influenced by Beatrix Potter? Are there any books written in her style?

John Ronald Reuel Tolkien was influenced by the works of Beatrix Potter. He was a University professor who is also the author of The Hobbit, Lord Of The Rings and The Silmarllion.The author is known for his classic high fantasy works.
