What happens to population growth when it reaches maximum capacity?

Struggle for existence and most potent `ll live there life.....rest `ll die without food.People with brains,Energy and power `ll live rest `ll die.
biotech,biochem and life science are trying to give more of food,If population is large land `ll not be available to grow crops.no plants to give oxygen.
still science can supplement some things for time.

It stagnates, and then the environment cannot support the population, so it drastically declines.

There will be overpopulation and the environment will be affected drastically. This can lead to airborne diseases, which will rapidly wipe out a good part of the population. Hospitals wouldn't be able to attend to the bulky number of people. We may run out of basic needs and end up fighting for survival.
