Can You get your SS Disability back after being conviced of SS Disability Fraud

An elderly friend of mine was convicted of working and receiving disability She was sentenced in a Federal court and to serve a 30 day Federal prison sentence. She was put on parole for a few month and completed it satisfactory. This was about 4 -5 yrs. ago She is now trying to get her social security disability back she is elderly and really needs it. Is this possible?

Very unlikely.
If she was capable of working, she's not so disabled!!

The best way to find out whether she could be able to get her Social Security disability after she was convicted of SS disability fraud would be to consult the Social Security administration. For instance, you can contact them through http://www.usa.gov/directory/federal/social-security-administration.shtml or find an office near you where you can inquire more about this case.

The government gets pretty pissed when they get conned. It looks bad. They might. There are attorneys that handle that type of thing. Thy to google Binder&Binder.
