1. Drink lots of water. As much as you can. Carry a water bottle always. Set alarm on your phone to remind you. 2. Avoid sugar and reduce the intake of salt. 3. Eat three times a day. Never skip a meal. Do not change your routine. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince dinner like a pauper. Take less 'white' everything( white rice, common flour etc) 4. Cardio. Do more of full body exercises rather than one muscle concentrated exercises 5. Think positive. You can do it. Never back out easily. Watch motivational movies.
You need to ask your doctor about that. "Skinny" doesn't mean "healthy." Also, you could be just as skinny as them and simply have a bad body image so refuse to see it. Your focus needs to be on how HEALTHY you are, not on your waist measurement.
You hate yourself bc you're not skinny "like everyone else"? Your weight is not the problem, your thoughts are. All body types are different. GOD made us the way HE wants us to be. You shouldn't hate yourself for being different. Take myself for example, I have wide hips. So it doesn't matter how skinny I get I will still be a bigger size. At my skinniest I am a size 10. And while other women may be a size 4 we look the same. Which makes me mad sometimes. But we have to accept who we are. If you are overweight you can exercise more or eat fruits and veggies whenever you're hungry instead of chips or candy. But if you are the weight you are supposed to be, stay that weight. Thick is beautiful too.
