Well I eat through a feeding tube as of January because of it, not by mouth. The best foods shouldn't contain fats at all!! They should also contain 100% wheat and grain, but no alcohol either. I NEVER drank, I just have a genetic mutation so I'm the only on in my family who has it. Also, try baby foods if you can't tolerate anything else. Take multivitamins if you don't have TPN too because not eating can cause heart problems. Try not to eat anything "white" as a well respected doctor told me. No white tortillas, bread, potato's,...just wheat. I hope this helps, and do it in moderation and not while you sick too. That a death sentence.
Some of the foods that will help your pancreas are broccoli, blueberries, cherries, garlic, spinach, sweet potatoes and red reishi mushrooms. The pancreas plays a vital role in digestion and it ought to be taken care of. It produces insulin, which decreases blood sugar levels and lets your body to stock up food energy for future use.
