if i crack my knuckles will i get arthritis
I agree with Coyote Hunter. You are more likely, than not, to have stiffness & pain in the joints you crack when you are young. Remember, you can't go back and change it once the damage is done.
total myth dude theres no proof to back that up
no it's just air bubbles
no but it sometimes hurt if you do it wrong
It has been my life experience that knuckle cracking will ultimately result in arthritis
when you crack your knuckles you're releasing air from the cartilage in your joints. getting arthritis from that is a myth.
continuously popping your knuckles does cause pain in later years...and it causes fat knuckles
no , been cracking them for 40 years and no athritis yet
Yes it does cause pain in later years. I know I went through it, if you stop now you won't have to.
The only thing constant cracking is proven to do is decrease your grip. irritation
no, but if you knack your crunckles, you might get gingivitis
