A good diet program is a must to lose belly fat; aerobic exercise will facilitate fat-loss all over your body, including your belly and reduce your calorie consumption, and swap out certain foods for others.
Diet,eat healthy,exercise,and some of the basic things. Or go to a doctor for suggustions.
I find the best way is, unfortunately, sit-ups and push-ups. Do which ever one is harder for you every day. You will see improvement FAST.
