I'm a vegetarian and recently became lactose intolerant. since my food pyramid is shrinking how can I get all the nutrients I need?

if I loose any weight my mom will kill my! haha

you need to make sure you get all your necessary proteins. try eating foods with high protein levels like soybeans(actually most beans are high protein), almonds, and quinoa. there are also lots of substitutes for milk out there. coconut milk has more calcium then milk does and you can also try soy milk (the chocolate kind is really yummy.) kelp also has lots of calcium but that might gross you out :)

You can drink almond mill soy or rice all ate great sibyitutes

quit being a vegatarian! It's too hard to keep a balanced diet by being a vegatarian alone...much less taking out milk! well if you have to take out milk quit being a vegatarian it's not healthy!
