I can't do a single pull up and i don't have the access to one also. how can i get stronger arms so i can do a pull up?

i need to do it for school PE and i can do NONE..i can't even hold!!! :( i have strong legs but VERYYY weak arms! how can i make them stronger FASTTTTTTTTT by like 1 week, and i don't have access to any kind of pull up ever so it must be somehow just in home that i can do like just in my room...

the most push ups i can do is 11 so is not that much

Its a start. Do 11 then stretch out and take a break, then do 11 again, soon you'll be able to do more

Look for something that could be used as a pull up bar. Also look for decently heavy items around the house to lift in place of weights unless there are weights available to you.

Does your school have a gym? Stay after school and lift weights. To curls and such. ^_^

I'm pretty sure everyone at the school should allowed access after school...

I've been there, how about lift hand weights or I guess anything you have to lift like containers of juice or maybe your school have after school work out sessions. Be sure to stretch before, that is very important. Good luck!

Ask your teacher... I got lots of hits for "dumbbell bench rows" and "bodyweight rows", but I am not a weightlifter and I have no idea if what I'm reading is really safe or not.
