How many calories should I take in to lose weight?
I'm 5 ft 9 in., 16 years old and 216 pounds so far. I've lost 10 pounds in about 1 and a half to 2 months, but I'm still not so sure if I'm doing it right.. I consume usually around 1000-1500 calories max a day.. I don't get hungry so much so that should explain my calorie number.. (I bet you wonder why I weigh as much as I do, if I eat so little.. lol) I have an hourglass shaped body and I also wanted to know how I could make it look better.. I do HIIT 3 days a week, squats in between, and I do some arm excercises 2 times a week and jog once a week with a rest day.
