I get them to sometimes but you need to be strong what I do is I think about my niece and nephew they are the most important things in my life I think about how I'd be taking myself away from them and how much I'd hurt them then I try and think about a memory a good one and I hold on to it and try and remember there's better days stay srtong don't let the demons in your head over power the good in you .
Pray seek the Lord Jesus Christ. I use to have these thoughts all the time. Because I had no mom, dad , siblings, or anyone who cared. Then I gave my heart to he who died on the cross for all are sins and he filled the emptyness inside me where i was lost nd no one could understand me but he did and he is there for u just call his name pray to him nd get a KING JAMES BIBLE nd read Matthew, Mark, Luke , and John u will see a big difference in your life if u dnt understand the Bible pray and ask the Lord for Wisdom nd understanding.
I agree with everybody by calling the line. I've been there before to and sometimes you just seems to slowly pull yourself back and get a refreshed view on things. I also started an antidepressant which helped me immensely in every aspect of my life. I think you should try that too, because depression truly is a chemical imbalance in my brain no matter what's going on in your world. Things can and likely will always get better and know that you all of us here to support you if needed. I don't know how old you are but being young is so hard especially these days and once you're an adult a lot of those problems will be gone. You'll have new ones but you'll have more control.
Call a suicidal hotline they will help you suicide is nothing anyone should think about I mean like it's the last resort about thinks getting so bad you need to give it some time and things will get better things, you stay positive and remember one day things are going to get better. Your life is worth living
Something that I would suggest is to take a break from things too. Maybe going outside, going for walks, getting a breath of fresh air. From my experience, the media doesn't seem to help much. Finding info from the internet is a good idea, but i mean things like "internet addiction", "tv addiction", "video games", etc. As I said, no harm in taking a break from the common things in society. Breath of fresh air.
I know it's not easy, but help is available somewhere! Expecially since you have internet access as well.
