Its ok to workout around 9:30 -10:00 pm? What is the best time to work out?
In the morning is the best time because if you do it at night, chances are you're going to bed a little bit after that and it's not good to lay around after you just work out-- I'm pretty sure you'll be more sore.

absolutely not! what's ur sleep time? u should work 5 hours ahead before bedtime. if not it can lead to insomnia. that's what my coach taught me.(i am a boxer)
In the morning - it helps to wake you up! but if u work out just before bed, u will ache lots in the morning after!!
In the morning or afternoon is best. :)
