do the right thing give the phone back if this person is offering you more money than what you paid for it to get it back then you should do so that is wrong of your parents to want to keep something that they know was ill gotten just make sure that you do not go alone when you give it back just put yourself in their shoes how would you like it if somebody stole something of yours and did the same thing to you

If they locate you, then they most likely want their phone back. :/
I would attempt to get it back to them. I know I wouldn't want my stuff being stolen then sold to another person....

If it's stolen property, then I believe by law, you are required to give it back. Get in contact with them to find out if it really is their phone.

Either burn the phone or return it. That's what I would do.

Find out if its really theirs or if you are being scammed by the person who sold it to you. For all you know it could be stolen or the persons parents sold it to you, either way find something out before you return it.
