How can I prepare myself for a baseball game?

I have a lot of morning games and every time we have one I am always tired and not on top of my game. Even when I go to bed early and run around before the game I still feel sluggish. I'm not like this during night games, only morning games. Any advice on how to prep?

Eat really healthy, have some type of grains or bread in the morning (not lucky charms, more like Honey bunches of oats with honey) it'll give u some carbs so ur body has something to keep it running all day, and the milk will get ur bones stronger for the time being. so when u warm up u'll be feeling good instead of weary. then before the game, (bout an hour and a half or less before) eat some type of healthy plain chicken and organic juice, the protien is really good for musceles, if u want something to get ur brain running and to think faster, then eat a bit of tuna in the morning as well, it wakes up the brain and gives it the nutrition it needs to be mentally awake and use it's full potential.

I have felt this before basketball games too and it really effects my game. I've found getting lots of sleep helps, as well as getting up earlier and really make sure your body has waken up. Another thing that helps is doing some stretches and light exercises before your morning games to get all your muscles warmed up and ready.
