I've been a doula for years & have seen many women have light periods through out their pregnancies. So answer is: yes it is possible to have mild menstruation/ period symptoms during pregnancy. Depending how far along u are & the amount of bleeding is a factor in the seriousness of this issue thou. Contact your dr ESP if u are in 1st trimester as this can be a sign of complications. Best of luck!
no, you physically cannot have a period bc a period is your body the shedding uterine lining which does not happen when a baby is occupying the space, on top of which there is a mucus plug that holds everything in. vaginal bleeding during pregnancy can mimic a period, and all bleeding during pregnancy needs to be checked out by your dr
YES, you can have spotting/bleeding during pregnancy. These people saying no, have NO idea what they're talking about. It can happen, I'd definitely see a doctor and have it checked out every time it happens... But there have been cases of woman having regular "periods" throughout their whole pregnancy. So the answer to your question is yes, it is possible. However, it needs to be checked.
