No. That is one of the few laws that all the United Nations countries agreed upon. You have to pay child support. The non-custodial parent have to pay to the custodial parent or in joint custody, parent with higher income has to pay to the parent with lower income. There is no way around it. And it is completely separate than alimony(spousal support).
only if tge DNA test comes back and is not a match.....other than that the mother has to file to terminate your parental rights at which point you would and your done with child support....until then....you have to pay or go to jail......thats another idea....go to prison.
