I've been stuck at the same weight for about 2 weeks now.. help?
I know I should be patient but it's so frustrating. .
I do an HIIT Routine at least 3x a week and I do arm exercises for 2 x a week and squats in between those days. I also do circuit training once a week and have a rest day.
I'm a 5'9", 16 year old female, and my calorie intake ranges from 1, 200 - 1, 600.
