get really bad migraines frequently myself. here are the things that help me.
1. Have some hot tea. 2.Take a nap. 3. Run a rag under hot water, wring it out, and lay it on your face. 4. EXEDRIN! 5. Put down your phone! It'll make it worse. 6. Eat some crackers or another light snack to hold down your stomach. I know migraines suck... feel better!!
