Why am i gaining weight i just joined gym and count cals i should be maintaining i eat alot of lot of veggi and lot of low cal stuf im 17guy

Weigh 124 weighed 118 like week ago 5 7 1/2 height i still look slim have bloating on and off i used to be anerexic and not eat just stared eatin like week ago averge 2300 cals a day i work out 1-2 hr 3 days at gym plus b ball and farm work 1 hr every week day this is my week why did i gain

Your gaining muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat. And if you stop eating for a long period of time, and then just automatically start eating again, you will gain weight. Give your body some time to adjust, this seems like a lot of changes all at once and that weight is already fine for a person of your height, it is actually a little bellow what it should be.

I have been noticeing ive been looking more muscular but im dont even wnt muscle i use to weigh 25 more and was mostly muscle but i just wna be realy skinny i dont want weight so lost nearly all my fat and alot of muscle on purpuse not to gain it back but thx ;)

Why do you wanna be really skinny? Muscle and a little bit of fat is never a bad thing on a guy haha

Well comeing from a girl thats differnt im gay i wana look like the guys i find attractive and thats skinny feminent guys like the visual kei bands in japan

Oh haha sorry then, I guess that wasn't too helpful. Try to just not eat like at all but don't exercise too much either. And don't become anorexic again!

Right...idk cause exercising builds muscle...dont listen to me, I eat a lot and exercise a lot

its all about portion size huney. watch how much you eat of the healthy foods

yep :) I have the same problem, but i dont eat that much. DONT BE ANOREXIC LIKE ME PLEASE! im not trying to tell you to do that at all. its not healthy. i am still recovering. make sure YOU eat. just watch what you eat and how much.

I use to be annerexic and bulimic i know its difficult but its alot easyer if u get help from family or close friend

Muscle weighs more than fat, you're probably starting to look good and that's alot more important than weight!!
