What would be a good registered name for a 4 yr old quarter mare names Bella?

I have a 4 yr old quarter horse mare named Bella. She's a little plump and has a LOT of spunk to her. She's a dark brown and is about 14.5 hands high if that helps. She used to barrel race but doesn't anymore. And is a bucker!!:):)

Is that like nick name?
If you live in the south you could call her "Southern Belle" sounds pretty but I don't know if you an use it

If she's registered she already has a registered name. If you're looking to register because previous owners failed to, the paperwork is onerous and the fines are high

More questions for you. You want to register her with which association? Do you have the paperwork from the breeding naming the sure and dam? Do you have a transfer from all previous owners?

Oh, and do you know she's purebred?

Oh and I saw where you said you train and teach basic jumping. Are you somewhere near north Mississippi? Sorry for being nosey!!:):)

Well I don't know her sure and dam uuuhhh not sure if she's pure bred but I think she is and I want to register her AQHA

I live in NC. Sorry, your horse can't be registered. AQHA is very strict about bloodlines, breeding records, etc. there is a stallion breeding report, a breeders certificate release, new foal registration and now DNA testing.

Ok thanks anyways!!:) and do you know how a 12 yr old could start to learn how to train horses? I'm really wanting to train them when I get older but I need a starting point and I don't know where!:):)

Your best starting point is to join a 4-H horse club or pony club. When you get older work for a training stable to learn. Learning about horses is a lifelong thing. That's why it's fun!
