Try an amino acid then like glycine (the simplest amino acid) it goes together with different amino acids to make a polypeptide chain (protein)

Do it on starch beta 1,4 linkage will come good because of its spiral much like a coiled spring shape...
If not do alpha helices or betaplated sheets of protein......easy and beautiful models `ll come
See Biochemistry by vioet and vioet book for best structure..
