Are localised headaches that are in the exact same spot every time bad?

They are a dull/throbbing/aching pain and last up to a minute. Also the same spot hurts so bad on the trampoline that i have to get off the trampoline. I also get dizzy when I'm walking around sometimes, i get uneven pupils, i sometimes muck up my words, i get ringing in my ear on the same side i get the headaches. I also failed the Romberg test, which is where you stand with your feet together, hands by your side and close your eyes, if you fall then you fail and i fell. My left eye also twitches. So is there something wrong with me?

See your doctor. A continueing headache means you need to be seen.
