I really need to get rid of my baggy tummy but how do go about it. i'm not so fond of exercises though.

Okay, well dieting is an option but it can't be complete without exercise to maintain a healthy balance. Once you change your eating habits to healthy foods and eating smaller meals more regularly rather than 2-3 big meals a day, you will need exercise to help maintain a healthy weight and your target figure.
Changing you eating habits will encourage weight loss if you choose correctly, but you'll need exercise as well. How else will you gain strength and tone up to help get rid of the flab without working out a little?
Diet isn't the only factor to weight loss!!

Does the honey in a glass of warm water really work?
Well either way, depending on this persons eating habits they should change it or exercises a little daily to maintain a healthy weight ^_^

yeah you are right but honey with warm water in night means whatever she eats whole day will be burnt by this magical glass of water :-)

Yeah but you should not drink it as you are already slim. If you drink it you might disappear lol :-)

you are exactly right on the slim. I weigh in at a measly 280 lbs.., but lost the weight before by watching what and how much I stuffed in my pie hole.

Mix two table spoon pure honey in one glass lukewarm water and drink every night before going to sleep. Do this for 30 days and you will see the result. Good Luck :-)

If you do not like exercise then try walking or biking. Staying active so you don't have time to eat works. But make sure you are eating healthy.

A friend of my daughters went on a mashed potato diet and believe it or not she lost a lot I mean a lot of and you can also wrap your belly in saran wrap it really works lol
