Okay, well dieting is an option but it can't be complete without exercise to maintain a healthy balance. Once you change your eating habits to healthy foods and eating smaller meals more regularly rather than 2-3 big meals a day, you will need exercise to help maintain a healthy weight and your target figure. Changing you eating habits will encourage weight loss if you choose correctly, but you'll need exercise as well.
