Well...things that stress me out are things that annoy me. So, i just keep things and people away from that are annoying. Listening to your favorite type of music or eating your favorite food also keeps the stress level down for me too. Idk if this helps you but i'm just suggesting what i do.
remember to focus on the calming aspects of your life..... such as if you have a nice furry doggie or other pet, watching your favorite movies, having a good beverage on your patio/deck, etc... as far as if you have a job, then try not to let other workers, bosses, or customers upset you ... a nice workout at the gym does good too or meditation etc... always a good idea to cut the stress.
well what you can do is turn on some music that is soft and nice lay on your bed or couch ( doesn't matter) and close your eyes put your hands on your stomach and count your breathes you take in and out. trust me it works!
I find it good therapy to talk about it so you can get it off your chess. Try not to think about, reading Almighty God's words in the Holy Bible has helped me a lot. It takes your focus to another level. If you don't know where to start, check out Job, Psalms, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, Song of Solomon. Very nice poetic books.
Well, when I am stressed out about something like work, a relationship, or pretty much anything, I do some yoga. Let's face it, it takes away stress, and it is good for your mind. If I were you I would just do this.
when im stressed i take a very long nap , i start to draw about how i feel , or just talk to to someone about how im feeling . im pretty sure if you talk to someone who gives good advice you'll feel much better . its better to talk it out then keep it inside because eventually, if you keep it inside you'll explode on a innocent person . talk it out :)
Go on YouTube and search funny or funny videos. The best ones are animal videos. There are some hilarious goats that scream like humans. But seriously, you shouldn't worry too much about things because the more you worry, the more things you think could happen and the more they get bad and the more things are on your mind and it just gets long and confusing, a bit like this sentence. If you try your best to become a positive, optimistic person you won't have anything to worry about and you won't get so stressed. Have fun :P
Don't be afraid to ask for professional help, many people need medication and or therapy, nothing wrong with that, get plenty of sleep, avoid alcohol and illicit drug use,get plenty of rest, exercise and nutrition..read self help books and or articles and even watch self help videos on YouTube..confide in people you trust and remember, you're only human
Relax or go to a quiet space.. Breath in and out deeply and think about happy thoughts.. Remember there is no need to be worrying and stressing about the future because the future hasn't come yet and it can always be changed..

You can always pray to God about anything , stress included. We are living in times that are hard to deal with ( 2 Timothy 3:1) Stress can take away your joy from life and cause you to focus on negative things instead of positive things. By trying to keep a positive outlook on life despite problems you will be happier and less stressed. Proverbs 15:13 says " a joyful heart has a good effect on the countenance" . Some stress in life can be avoided by planning well, not overextending yourself, not expecting perfection out of yourself or others, and developing a calm manner. Ecclesiastes 4:6 says " better is a handful of rest than double handful of work" because work is important but getting enough rest is also. Also exercising can help relieve stress. We cannot be totally free from stress or worry, but we can avoid being consumed or " weighted down by the anxieties of life"( Luke 21:34,25). Remember to focus on what is truly important and that " tomorrow will look out for itself" so being overly anxious about things we have no control of and that have not happened yet will not be productive( Matthew 6:34 New English Bible)
Here are some things you can do to relieve stress: Sleep as much as your body demands-between six and ten hours a day Eat a complete and balanced breakfast, an average dinner, and a light supper Reduce your intake of foods high in fat, limit the amount of salt you use Reduce consumption of milk and sugar Find time for quiet meditation Maintain contact with nature Engage in proper and regular exercise If something worries you talk to a friend about it Spend more time enjoying your family Delegate or share household chores Know your physical and emotional limitations Set realistic goals Be organized Cultivate Fruitages of the spirit such as mildness and patience
