My body has been producing up to 30% more body heat than normal and my breath feels like fire.Any ideas on what it might be?

also my back is killing me in between my shoulder blades and some lower back pain as well

I was like that for a year. When you find out let me know! I had no heat in my bedroom and my body heat alone heated it up! My breath wasn't on fire though, just my body.

You have a fever, probably from a virus or infection. That would be my guess. I'd take my temperature, not guess at it. Then, based on the actual temperature, decide if taking a pain reliever/fever reducer is appropriate (which it probably is), and whether or not it warranted immediate action (such as minor medical, er, or doctor's appointment).

Body aches are common with cold viruses, and the flu. Lower back pain can be associated with kidneys or a stomach virus. Breath like fire could just be too many jalapenos ;p Since I'm not a doctor, I have no information that you yourself don't already have access to. In your place, I'd take some cold medicine and a cough drop, but if you were worried enough to Ask, it might warrant talking to your doctor. Only you know.

Also, 30% more body heat would be like having a fever of 128 degrees Fahrenheit! In layman's terms your brain would be pickled and you'd be in the morgue.

No-one on here can know for sure, they can guess and match your symptoms but it could be anything. Go to the doctor, to make sure.
