do the superman work out.. we did it for cheering and it helped to much.. you lay on your stomach and then lift your legs and chest/arms off the ground and hold it for 5 sec.. then add 5 seconds each time..(usually do around 10 of them) and then pop ups... you lay on your back.. with your arms above your head and your legs straight below you.. then when your ready sit up with your legs up and your arms reaching up to the sky (helps if you balance on your butt) *it takes practice* and then you spread both your arms and legs out.. then bring them back together .. after this you lay back down and do it all over again.. its helped me :)
Crunches and sit-ups are not the answer to this. Whilst this will build your core muscles, you may become bloated if anything because a layer of fat is always covering your core. Cardio and aerobic workouts are good fat burners. Do this until you can see some definition in your stomach, then try the core workouts :)
Yep supermans are the best, you can also do something very similar to supermans, they are called bananas haha. but instead of facing down you face up and curve your head,arms, and feet to resemble a banana! once you grow tired of doing "the banana" you can flip and do a superman and you can just keep this going!
