A great way to work out. Well as a guy I do cardio, abs, and strength training. The best way to lose the baby fat and gain the muscle is doing the Jillian michaels 30 day shred exercise video. Dude, that totally kicks your butt. I prefer to stick with level one. Exercise every other day because it allows your muscles to repair and build themselves. That's how I do it. And people always tell me that I'm "buff". If you are interested, the level 1 is on YouTube. And for the video, all you need are hand weights, and a mat if you are gonna be working out on a hard surface. I suggest using a 6-8 lbs handbell because you are gonna be moving quick.
