You just need to take it easy and think before you react. There is no medication for anger, it is something you have to learn yourself.
When something happens that causes you anger, count to 10, take 3 deep breaths, and realize that you blowing up at someone will hurt relationships, and getting mad at random things will only cause you more stress, life is too short, just relax.
Self control, use some anger management methods to keep you under control. and try to find out what triggered this habit, some drastic change in life that makes you feel so angry all of the sudden. Talk about it with a friend, family, or counselor maybe help you become more balanced. Best thing to do is find help.
