If cold keeps the germs away then why do we get sick most in the winter
Germs stay on peoples warm bodies and thrive....so when you shake hands, hug, kiss, or are in the vicinity of people that cough and sneeze on you....germs spread.
You tend to hole up with a bunch of people to avoid the cold... and they make you sick.
People do not wash their hands like they should. I'm not recommending going all OC about it. But, washing hands when you come in from an errand, after toilet/bathroom use, and any contact with items like phones, etc. will reduce germ spreading.
