How to relieve stress?
I get very angry a lot and I don't know how to handle it. I don't have a lot of free time, so I can't 'pamper' myself. I try to workout, but then I have to take an unneeded extra shower, and waste water. Meditation is very frustrating to me, and I can't read while angry because I'm too upset!
How do you cope with stress? Any suggestions?
