How can I fall asleep faster without medication?
Turn on some relaxing music
Remove electronics like iPads or computers from your surroundings 30 minutes before you try to fall asleep. Also try reading a boring book.
i had that problem for awhile i dont know if it will work for you but i took medication for a little bit them i slowly stopped by only taking half the pill then a third them a 4th then i stopped and fell asleep no problem
Read a book and take a hot shower.. I find that helps(listen to a boring teacher or relative talk for a fun idea)
By going to bed at a descent hour instead of 9, 11, 10:40 PM!
maybe just eat something before you go to sleep and drink a lot of water during the day
I do multiplication tables in my head. Puts me to sleep nearly instantly. Not joking, either :)
I get the room dark and stare without thinking at the ceiling until I get tired I also close and relax
I would say work out in the evening (very hard), then take a shower. Maybe go for a short walk before going to bed. Work out will wear you out, fresh air will help to relax
