On job applications, if they ask if I'm disabled, and the question is required, should I say yes, if I've applied for disability & pending?
I applied for disability because of depression and social anxiety and I'm applying for a job in retail, at Radio Shack.
I've been fired from every job I've ever had, and I'm especially terrible at retail jobs, but they're the only ones hiring, and I thought I'd apply.
I recently was denied disability due to a misunderstanding. They wanted me to take a psychological examination, so I did, and they just tested my basic math and memory skills, so I asked what the purpose of the exam was, and she told me to call my social worker and ask. I did, and then she wouldn't let me finish the exam. So I was denied because of that. I'm going to appeal maybe. Not sure. I wonder if it's a waste of time. But that's a different subject.
