I have an employee that insists on keeping a paper copy of his pay stub. We can go back and print as far back as 2009.
Other than looking at them to check for errors (which we can do online or with a smartphone app) what are some reasons for and against keeping the printed copies? This employee thinks that he HAS to keep them, and without documented proof otherwise, I will not be able to convince him otherwise. HELP (this causes a bunch of extra work for me in my already busy work day!)
