A friend of mine suggested that I tell everybody when I quit tobacco use. That way, if I feel like using it, then I feel bad because I'll be letting everyone down.
The best way to stop all of that is simply by stopping. There' no secret to it. There's no secret food or diet. You just have to stop. I'm trying to become healthier because it seems like I have a cold right now and I want to do something with my life, not stay at home with my sister and her boyfriend using tobacco.
