What are some ways/diets/exercises to lose a significant amount of weight?
Listen, I'm 14; nearly 15. I'm a guy. I weigh about 260 lbs. I honestly don't have a big belly or anything, but I am flabby, chubby, and also have stretch marks. I'm just; large per say. I have my fathers large build and muscle. I have tried low carb, no carb, Eric diets and they have done nothing. I am in desperate need to find a way to lose weight. I'm thinking of doing a liquid diet or protein shake diet. I need to do something about my weight. I used to be thin, athletic, love to run, play sports, etc. Please guys, I need ideas. Maybe join weight watchers. I have got to lose weight!!!! Any ideas?
