I am going through..to much right now and im starting to hurt myself and losing control by family friends life.. any helpful things or tips

i cry, pull hair, hurt myself and dont know what to do

I was recently in the same position you are. Let me tell you, hurting yourself physically, is not going to take away the emotional pain. Stay strong, talk to people, figure out what's going on.

You need to talk to some one hun. I know it doesn't seem like it but there are people out there who will listen and be here for you!

You need to talk to someone and tell them what's going on with you. Is there a close family member who will sit down with you?

Surround yourself with positive people who will inspire and motivate you to be better. Be it watching some positive tv show, listening to an awesome podcast, eating your favorite food, hanging out with your bff, shopping, watching youtube videos, getting comforted by family.

Start with simple stuff that will make you smile. Life is beautiful.

You need a healthy outlet for your problems. Really , you should see a Therapist and get all of this bottled up frustration out of your system. When we talk about our problems, it helps us to better understand them and deal with them. Also, writing everything down will make you see them clearer., and you could always burn the paper when you are done (so no one sees it) Don't hurt yourself, remember, this too shall pass. Nothing stays the same, better days are coming ..good luck

Talk to your family, friends neighbors...anyone who will listen and understand if necessary get a therapist. I've been through this, it got to the point where I tried to strangle myself. It will get better I promise.
