Skateboarding as opposed to... sitting around doing nothing at all? Sure maybe you'll lose a pound. It's a very inefficient way to lose weight, though. The quickest way to see results is to change your diet.
Certainly not as much as those weight loss programs but it will increase your leg muscle and increase your stamina so i would recommend doing whatever it is that you find fun in losing weight and keep at it
Skateboarding will help you weight just as any physical sport can you just need to be aware of the dangers of it like knee pain because you are putting a lot of pressure and weight on them, wear knee braces at least until you lose some weight,at least you are going in the right direction, good luck to you
yeah why not its fun right..... i do it all the time scrapped up my whole entire boddy in fact i scared my hip a little bit because i fell down a huge hill that i wasn't ready for which i obviously know now, lol, just have fun even if it doesn't help you lose weight (:
Yes, skating will definitely help you loose weight, it helped get back into shape. Plus it is so fun after you learn a trick that you keep doing it and doing and while you are having fun you are loosing weight! Yeah keep up the skating! have fun!!
