How to cope with complete loss of appetite?
I'm finding it very hard to eat lately, but I know I need to. tips? I've been upset lately with what someone said to me, and being unable to talk to them about it, which I think may have triggered my complete and utter loss of appetite. I don't get hunger or feel a desire to eat at all lately, but I know I need to. Usually, I get a tiny bit hungry, and I'll eat light snacks here and there, my appetite has always been small, but lately it has been nonexistent.
